Ordering and concluding a purchase contract
1. The first step before making any purchase via Zfishing Sport Wholesale s.r.o. wholesale e-shop is a binding easy registration, on basis of which your user name and password will be confirmed and the wholesale prices will be displayed! In the registration you need to state your company registration number and possibly also VAT Reg. No.
2. Any order placed via Zfishing Sport Wholesale s.r.o. e-shop is considered binding. By placing an order you confirm that you are familiar with our terms and conditions and you agree with them.
3. An order is considered a draft contract of purchase. A contract of purchase takes effect only at the moment of accepting the delivery and paying for the ordered goods.
4. Validity of the electronic order is conditioned by filling all the data prescribed by the registration form.
5. The place for goods to be delivered is the address stated in the order form.
6. The ownership right to the goods passes onto the buyer, under the condition of paying the purchase price, by accepting the delivery.
7. By filling the registration form or the binding order in Zfishing Sport Wholesale s.r.o. e-shop, a buyer gives the seller his/her approval to gather information and archiving personal data about the buyer and his/her purchases.
Delivery and payment information
1. Every item available from stock is dispatched in 24 hours at the latest after receiving your order and payment of pro forma invoice. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will inform you via e-mail or telephone concerning the delivery time specification.
2. Deliveries will be sent via GLS delivery service. In case you demand another type of delivery (e.g. if ordering a larger amount of goods, or if the pallet transport is necessary), you are obliged to agree on that in advance.
3. Zfishing Sport Wholesale s.r.o. reserves the right to extend the delivery time in case of emerged unforeseeable circumstances. The customer will be immediately informed via e-mail or telephone about any potential extended delivery time.
4. In case our goods are delivered in a damaged package, do not accept the delivery and with the delivery service carrier immediately write up the complaint protocol. Otherwise, your claim to complaint expires, and our Zfishing Sport Wholesale s.r.o. company does not assume responsibility for goods damaged by delivery service!
Warning – extra postage:
From 1.5.2018 valid new conditions for delivery. For all orders over 500€ valid free delivery. Not valid for heavy & volume products (as boilie, pellets, etc) with weight over 100 kg. Not valid for pallet shipping!
